Agility ladder with double block pattern for most effective training aid for players in several sports. Double blocks are usefull in practicing varied foot movements & warmup drills before matches. Each ladder has 10x100 cm long round pipe rungs riveted ti the belt at interval of 45cm. Each block measurs 15 - 45 cm.
